Useful information

On arrival day the rooms are available from 3.00 pm. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. If you know that you will be arriving in the morning , please let know in advance. We’ll try and have your room ready earlier.

 

If you are arriving after 7.00 pm please let us know by mail or phone, so we can arrange hand-over of keys and other details.

You’ll find the information regarding mealtimes at reception.

Free wi-fi is available throughout the whole hotel.

If you have any special requirements or requests with regard to your booking, just give us a quick call: +43 6452 5420 or send us an email. According to the motto: “Almost nothing is impossible” we’ll try to cater to your wishes.

On request we provide a cot incl. bed linen free of charge for our younger guests.

Park your car behind the hotel or to the side between the hotel and the bakery. We kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to reserve parking spaces. Free public parking is available approx. 250 m away as well as underground parking (fee payable).

Pets are welcome by arrangement. We charge € 15,00 per dog per day (without food).

You can pay in cash, with EC-card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

You’ll receive a reservation letter from Hotel Markterwirt, which you should confirm by email or post. As a rule we require a deposit of 30 % to fixate your booking. The deposit amount and our bank details are stated in your reservation confirmation.

Room prices are excluding resort tax. This is € 1,10 per person from 15 years per night all year round.

All our rooms are non-smoking.

Unfortunately it can happen that you have to cut short your holiday or cannot come on your booked holiday. Take advantage of travel insurance and save unnecessary costs or cancellation charges. Under Hotelstorno Plus you’ll find further information.

In our hotel General Hotel Regulations (AGBH) apply.

There are regular free ski buses available between Radstadt-Altenmarkt-Zauchensee and Radstadt-Altenmarkt-Flachau-Flachauwinkl.

• The bus stop for Altenmarkt-Flachau-Flachauwinkel is just 50 m away.

Online shuttle transfer booking
Altenmarkt-Zauchensee offers a cheap transfer with Habersatter Reisen from Salzburg Airport to Altenmarkt-Zauchensee.

 

The price for both ways is € 42,00 and includes 30 kg of luggage and 1 pair of skis per person (one way: € 27,-).
